Our Founder

Vinny Galya – CEO and Founder

Vinny created Galya Athletics to provide athletes with structure, clarity, and a development model built on purpose. With over 15 years in youth coaching and development, and as a former Kean University baseball standout with three NJAC championships and two World Series appearances, Vinny brings leadership, communication, and mentorship to every part of the brand.

His vision shaped Galya Athletics into what it is today:
A full athlete development ecosystem built on coaching, communication, and culture.

Our Ecosystem

New Jersey Thoroughbreds

Our travel baseball and softball program focused on respect, discipline, and intentional development. Athletes receive high-level instruction and a culture that supports growth and character.

ZEAL Youth Athletic Development

Our youth performance program designed to build strength, movement quality, coordination, confidence, and athletic IQ. ZEAL sets the foundation for long-term athletic success.

LAUNCH Training Facilities

Our brick-and-mortar training centers offering baseball, softball, and athletic development. LAUNCH is the home of our classes, clinics, team sessions, private training, and future expansion.

Galya Athletics Branded Apparel

We design and operate our own apparel line, including custom team stores, training gear, and lifestyle merchandise. Families and athletes wear Galya gear with pride as a symbol of identity and community.
