Our Purpose
We guide young athletes through organized, high-quality training that builds both skill and character. Strong habits build strong people, and the right environment helps athletes thrive. That standard shows up in every class, practice, and team.
Our Programs
LAUNCH Training Facility
LAUNCH is the daily home of Galya Athletics: a 4,800 sq ft, fully-turfed training facility in Eatontown, NJ. We combine baseball and softball skill work with athletic performance training, powered by Trackman technology and data-driven coaching, across every age group we train.
LAUNCH Baseball Teams
LAUNCH Baseball Teams is our competitive travel program for athletes on the path toward college and professional baseball. Selected by tryout, athletes get exposure through showcases and targeted tournament competition, along with recruiting support and guidance for the road ahead.
New Jersey Thoroughbreds
New Jersey Thoroughbreds is our travel baseball program, built around long-term development. Teams train and compete on a schedule suited to where they are developmentally, tournament and scrimmage-based, with LAUNCH's year-round athletic development built in. Coaching blends dedicated staff with trained parent-coaches, and multi-sport athletes are welcome.

Our apparel division provides custom team stores, training gear, and lifestyle merchandise, giving athletes something they're proud to wear.

Our Founder
Vinny founded Galya Athletics to build a structured, supportive environment where young athletes develop with clarity and purpose.
He played collegiate baseball at Kean University, appearing in three NCAA Division III National Championships and helping lead the program to three Mid-Atlantic Regional titles. He holds the school's single-season stolen base record, with 33 steals.
From 2013 to 2025, Vinny worked as an elementary Physical Education and Health teacher, building a foundation in teaching, communication, and youth development.
That background, in both education and high-level athletics, shapes Galya Athletics today: organized, intentional, and centered on steady growth for every athlete.
