This page is used to inform website visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.

If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation with this policy. The Personal Information that we collect are used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which is accessible at www.galya.co , unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

  • GALYA COLLECTIONS

Store credit is not currently available

Any unworn, unwashed item can be returned/exchanged within 15 days of the ship date your order. Please contact us to obtain authorization before you return your item(s); include your name, order number, and item(s) you want to exchange or return. We will provide a prepaid return label.

1) If you choose to exchange your item or receive store credit, the return shipping is free and we will also ship your new items out to you free of charge.

2) If you opt for a REFUND, please note that a flat fee of $7 for return shipping will be deducted from the amount refunded. All SALE items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for any type of return, refund, exchange or credit.

3) All defects need to be presented to us within 3 days upon receiving your item with photo evidence. Item cannot be washed or worn and should still have the tags on.

  • CUSTOM STORES / team shops

Please remember all of these items are custom made and also custom ordered. We do not have inventory of these items.

All sales are final - no refunds - no exchanges - We will only adjust future orders, discounts, or remakes if there was a mistake by GALYA LLC during the production process. All defects need to be presented to us within 3 days upon receiving your item with photo evidence.

SHIPPING / ORDER STATUS

You will receive an email order confirmation after you've placed your order and once your order ships you will receive another email with shipping and tracking information.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

We only use the best German CE approved original inks.

Do not wash in water above 40 degrees - Do not bleach - gentle machine wash - iron on reverse - do not tumble dry - do not dry clean

We are not responsible for customer misuse or normal wear and tear.
