Winter 2027 Development Partnership
LAUNCH by Galya Athletics is partnering with Tinton Falls Baseball Club on a 12-week weekend training program. Two LAUNCH coaches run every session, and these weekend blocks become each athlete's home training for the week.
What's Covered
Every session runs the same core curriculum.
Hitting
Stance, swing path, timing, contact.
Throwing
Mechanics, accuracy, arm care.
Fielding
Footwork, glove work, positioning.
Pitching & Catching
Age-appropriate introduction.
Speed & Conditioning
Movement, coordination, agility work.
Athletic Development
Mobility, strength introduction, and movement work.
Baseball IQ
Situational awareness and decision-making, built through live competition and game-like reps.
Coaching & Structure

Two LAUNCH Coaches, Every Session
Every block runs with two LAUNCH coaches on staff, working alongside Tinton Falls Baseball Club's own coaching staff.
Private Facility Access
Tinton Falls has the full LAUNCH facility, 4,800 sq ft and fully turfed, for the entire block.

$235 per athlete

More ways to train during the week.
These weekend blocks are each athlete's home training for the week. For families who want more, LAUNCH also offers the following during the week. Neither is included in the block price above.
LAUNCH Jr. Performance
Ages 9–13U
Full player development programming, year-round, with LAUNCH's coaching staff. Open to any Tinton Falls athlete who wants additional training during the week.
Private & Small Group Instruction
Ages 8U and Under
There is no full weekly offering for this age group during the week. Custom small group instruction is available, up to 6 athletes per instructor, based on availability.
