Structured training built around movement, mechanics, and consistent skill development, for athletes building the foundation that carries into everything ahead.
Program overview
Built on three things, together.
Athletes train three times a week through a mix of movement work, throwing progressions, defensive development, hitting routines, and foundational strength training.
Athletic Foundation
Speed, coordination, movement quality, body control, rhythm, balance, and awareness.
Baseball Fundamentals
Throwing mechanics, arm action, defensive footwork, glove work, hitting rhythm, timing, and consistency.
Strength & Movement
Age-appropriate strength development, core stability, mobility, and a safe introduction to training structure.
What a training week looks like
- Dynamic warm-up and athletic movement
- A structured throwing program built around rhythm, sequencing, and arm action
- High-repetition defensive work, with dedicated instruction for catchers
- Hitting progressions across tee work, front toss, and live batting practice
- Age-appropriate strength training focused on coordination, core, and mobility
Groups rotate throughout training so every athlete gets direct coaching attention.

- Build confidence through structured repetition and coaching
- Learn how to train with focus and consistency
The habits built between ages 9 and 13 carry through middle school, high school, and beyond.
Coaching emphasis
Our coaches focus on teaching athletes how to move well, building confidence through quality repetitions, and developing strong habits and routines. Consistency and effort matter more than intensity at this age.

- 3x/week structured training (Mon, Wed, Fri)
- Weekend open gym opportunities when available
- Movement and mobility screening
- A written, personalized development plan

Parent notes

- 5 to 10 minutes early

- Glove, bat, helmet, clean turf shoes or sneakers (no metal cleats), water bottle

- Athletic shorts or pants, training shoes

- Monday and Wednesday, 7:00pm. Friday, 8:00pm

Movement, mechanics, and a written plan, at no cost. Depending on where your athlete's evaluation shows them, some 12 and 13 year olds are placed in our High School Performance program instead.
