Schedule

Two age groups each day, with a maximum of 20 athletes per group. Once a group fills, we'll start a waitlist.

What we cover

  • Throwing & catchingFootwork, arm action and receiving the ball with confidence.
  • HittingStance, load and a simple, repeatable swing.
  • DefenseGround balls, fly balls and knowing where to go with the ball.
  • MovementSpeed, balance and coordination that carry into every part of the game.
  • Baseball IQA whiteboard session on game situations: where the ball goes, when to run and how to think one play ahead.

What to bring

  • Glove
  • Bat and helmet
  • Sneakers or turf shoes
  • Water and a light snack

We take a short snack break halfway through. Our space is set up for training, so seating is limited, but parents are always welcome to stay and watch.

Clinic creditFor new families who attend the clinic and join Foundations or Jr. Performance by Friday, Nov 13. Credited toward the first payment, up to the amount paid for the clinic.
Member referral creditApplied after the new family's first payment. Rolls over month to month. Tuition only, not redeemable for cash.
