We’re proud to introduce Matt Pellowski as our Director of Softball.
Matt brings years of experience coaching and organizing travel softball, with a strong background in developing players and building programs across Central and North Jersey. His experience spans player development, coach coordination, and program structure.
In addition to his role at LAUNCH, Matt has recently accepted a coaching position at John Jay College, a Division III program in New York, marking his entry into collegiate coaching.
We are beginning with a 10–12U All-Skills Clinic, with additional sessions and age groups added based on interest.
Registration & Communication
Families interested in softball programming are encouraged to register to join our priority list. Registering helps us get to know interested athletes and communicate directly as programming expands.

This is an all-skills softball clinic designed to prepare athletes for the spring season through consistent, structured reps. Athletes will train across: This is an all-skills softball clinic designed to prepare athletes for the spring season through consistent, structured reps.
Training Focus
Athletes will train across hitting fundamentals and swing development • throwing mechanics and arm care • infield and outfield defensive work • footwork, movement, and softball-specific athleticism • introductory lifting movements, mobility work, and speed development • game awareness and confidence building.
COACHING
Led by experienced softball instructors with: D1–D3 collegiate playing experience
High school and college coaching experience
Athletes will work with coaches who understand both player development and the demands of the game.
