What does the program include?

This comprehensive winter training program focuses on all skills development, including hitting, fielding, throwing, and conditioning to keep athletes sharp and ready for the season ahead.

• Thorough and Developmental Approach: We take a comprehensive approach to player development, focusing on skill-building, mechanics, and game IQ to prepare athletes for the next level.

• Expert Coaching: Led by a team of experienced coaches, former athletes, skilled educators, and current Thoroughbreds coaches, we provide top-tier instruction. All coaches are either trained or actively undergoing training through our system. Additionally, high school athletes and current New Jersey Thoroughbreds players contribute to sessions as part of our leadership development program, fostering a culture of mentorship and collaboration.

• 4:1 Coach-to-Player Ratio: Personalized attention with no more than four players per coach ensures targeted instruction and progress.

• Video Analysis: Athletes receive video feedback and progress clips throughout the winter, helping them visualize improvements and refine mechanics.

• Real-Time Tips and Evaluations: Immediate corrections and detailed feedback allow players to see exactly what they need to improve.

• Limited Availability: With just 12 spaces per session, booking early is essential to secure your spot.

• Subscribers to our email list will receive the scheduling link and signup forms 8 hours before the public, giving you first access to reserve your space.
