What Is Spring Flow?

Spring Flow is LAUNCH’s in-season training phase.

Athletes train each week to maintain strength, support arm health, and continue skill development while balancing practices and games.

The focus is steady progress, consistent preparation, and long-term development throughout the season.

Our Approach

Progress comes from consistent work and quality coaching.

Spring Flow follows professional-grade programming designed to support in-season performance while maintaining the strength, movement quality, and habits built during the offseason.

Each session follows a clear structure so athletes understand what they are training and how it supports their performance.

Focused coaching.
Purposeful reps.
Consistent standards.

What Training Looks Like

Each week includes:

• Speed and agility work
• Strength maintenance
• Arm care and throwing progressions
• Hitting reps
• Defensive footwork and fielding work
• Mobility and recovery
• Coach-led instruction
• Structured programming
• Training app access and communication

Sessions are organized and built around long-term development.

Game Awareness & Baseball IQ

Development continues beyond physical training.

Throughout the season, coaches provide game observation, feedback, and teaching to help athletes better understand situations, make adjustments, and grow their confidence on the field.

This includes:

• In-season game observation and coach feedback
• Individual guidance and check-ins
• Situational teaching and decision-making
• Chalk talk sessions and classroom-style learning
• Baseball IQ and game awareness development

Athletes learn how to prepare, compete, and think the game with clarity.
