Selection Process

A Thorough Evaluation

Tryouts run indoors right now, with outdoor tryouts to follow. Every athlete completes a thorough evaluation: on-field performance, plus an individual meeting about goals and expectations, in person or by Zoom. Each athlete leaves with a personal progress plan.
