Sam Delaplane
Directs pitching performance and biomechanics at LAUNCH, with professional playing and coaching experience, including the Seattle Mariners and San Francisco Giants organizations. Works with pitchers on mechanics, arm development, and a repeatable delivery.
Tyler Dearden
Hitting and outfield coach at LAUNCH with professional playing experience in the Boston Red Sox and Minnesota Twins organizations. Works with athletes on hitting, swing development, and outfield play.
Cole Hare
Leads player development at LAUNCH and built the LAUNCH Player Development Dashboard. Works with athletes on hitting and uses analytics to guide their training.
Greg Bender
Pitching coach and analytics coordinator at LAUNCH with professional coaching experience in the San Diego Padres organization and previous experience at Stevens Institute. Works with pitchers on mechanics and uses data to guide their development.
MJ Altman
Baseball instructor at LAUNCH and a coach with the New Jersey Thoroughbreds. Works with athletes on baseball fundamentals, hitting, fielding, and all-around skills.
Vinny Galya
Played college baseball at Kean University as an outfielder and has coached for 20 years. Works with athletes on hitting, outfield play, athletic development, and movement.
