Two Monday. Two Wednesday. Two Friday. Every athlete gets a coach's full attention.
Why this matters at this age
Ages 9 to 13 are when habits take hold. This evaluation looks at how your athlete moves, how they take to coaching, and where they're headed, so training builds on real information from day one.

Questions
Before you book
Is this really free?
Yes, no cost, no obligation.
What should we bring?
Glove and bat if available. Cleats not required for the evaluation itself.
What happens after?
You leave with a written plan either way. If Jr. Performance is the right fit, we'll talk about it. Some 12 and 13 year olds train in our High School Performance group instead, depending on where their evaluation shows them.
Does the evaluation change by age?
Every athlete's evaluation includes a movement screen, Trackman data, and a look at coachability. For athletes closer to high school, we talk through the performance numbers in more depth. For our youngest athletes, we focus the conversation on movement and foundation, and the numbers become a starting point to track over time.
