A 12-week softball skills program hosted by LAUNCH for Eatontown Softball athletes, covering hitting, fielding, throwing, and athletic development with consistent, direct instruction every session.
What's Covered
Every session runs the same core curriculum.
Hitting
Stance, swing path, timing, contact.
Throwing
Grip, mechanics, accuracy, arm care.
Fielding
Footwork, glove work, reaction, positioning.
Pitching & Catching
Age-appropriate introduction.
Speed & Conditioning
Baserunning, turns, leads, speed mechanics, and agility work.
Athletic Development
Bodyweight strength, mobility, motor control, hand-eye coordination.
Age Groups & Schedule
Two age groups, training together every Saturday.
Foundations Group
Development Group
Limited to 20 athletes per age group — 40 athletes total across the 12-week program.
